Lounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Service Advisor.
The Service Advisor's role is to provide an excellent customer experience to our customers. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Chevrolet brand.

This is an hourly-paid position, and the working hours are Monday to Friday.

Schedule service work in the service department
Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle with the customer
Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services
Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers
Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software
Bilingual in English and French is an asset
High school diploma or GED required
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills
Likes helping people
Good work ethic
Must have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract
